Alba di Praiano is a fantastic apartment set on the third floor of a small building near the bay of La Praia, the main beach of Praiano, offering several restaurants and bars and where you can find boats to Capri and Amalfi and water taxi Positano.
The apartment is in a strategic position near the stop of the bus companies that connect Praiano to Positano and Amalfi in 20 minutes, featuring a private parking space. The center of Vettica di Praiano is at only 15 minutes walk .
Alba has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished with fine furniture, featuring a large living room with a flat TV and a convertible two places sofa bed a kitchenette with four gas burner' stove, electric oven, dishwasher; the master bedroom has access to the terrace with sea view, while the bedroom with two single beds has a private corner for a living room with a convertible single sofa bed and a table with two chairs. The two bathrooms are decorated with colorful ceramics from Vietri. In one of the bathrooms you can relax in the whirlpool bath tub after a long day, under the reflection of white LEDs while the other has a beautiful power shower.
The panoramic private terrace overlooking the ocean has a spectacular scenery opening in front of you, commencing at Conca Dei Marini to Capo Sottile, The terrace surface is of circa 20 sq.m. and features a table with chairs and two sun beds.A car can be useful during slow season but not suggested during the busier summer months also because the apartment is close to the centre of the village and there is a good public transportation system by the SITA bus company and the local Flavio Gioa bus that loops Positano and Praiano.

Please note that the electricity will be paid in base of the usage at 0,3 Euro/cent per Kw.

Location

The apartment is in the beach area of Praiano, near the main beach of La Praia and close to restaurants and bus stop. A grocery is located at 15 minutes walk.
Positano and Amalfi can be reached by bus or car in 15/30 minutes or 30 minutes by bus.
Parking and accessibility

The apartment is accessible by a steep flight of steps (circa 45 steps) and located on the third top floor. Parking is possible for free in the reserved parking located at the ground floor of the building.
Arriving in Praiano

By car, from the airport of Naples use the A3 Salerno Reggio Calabria to Castellammare di Stabia. At the exit, don't turn right, but keep on going straight towards Sorrento. On the way to Sorrento, once in Meta turn left to Positano and Amalfi. Praiano is about 5 kms after Positano. Our usual meeting point will be the Bar Del Sole, located in the centre of the village.
