The bus to Sorrento connects to the train for Napoli, Pompei, Ercolano and the Vesuvian Villas, the most famous of which is the Villa Delle Ginestre,
where Giacomo Leopardi stayed and immortalized it in verse. There are no ramps or stairs to the building and it is located in the Vettica Maggiore area, the commercial centre of the town with bars, restaurants, shops and all services a few steps away.
