Casa Concetta - Description

Casa Concetta is your ideal location if you are looking for a self-catering accommodation on the Amalfi Coast out of the hustle and bustle of the main road. In fact, it is located in the upper part of Praiano, a village which is situated midway between Amalfi and Positano, two larger and far more touristy towns. Just a few minutes walk from the house and down a 60 step staircase, there are three shops - a grocery, a butcher and a hardware store - that can provide all your day-to-day needs. By walking ten minutes down a steep road, you will reach Vettica, the lower part of Praiano, where restaurants, bars and an Internet point can be found on the main road. If you need, then just a minute from the door of Casa Concetta, there is the stop for the local bus which goes to Vettica, to the beach “La Praia” and to Positano. Casa Concetta has been recently restored and furnished with all the conforts. On the ground floor it has a bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, you will find a sitting-dining room, a small, but workable kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower .The shadowed terrace is furnished with a large dining table and offers a fantastic view of the coastline and the mountains. A bonus at Casa Concetta is the vegetable garden with a lemon tree which can be enjoyed by all the guests.


NOTES: 50,00 EUR for final cleaning and 30,00 EUR per week for electric energy used. Refundable deposit: 250 EUR.
