Description

Casa Mare is situated in the upper part of the town of Praiano, only 35 stairs from the public road and parking. From the terrace overlooking the rocky coast which plunges to the sea, one gets the impression of being on a ship. The apartment has a completely furnished modern kitchen, one double bedroom, one bathroom, and a living area with a double sofa-bed. There is a colour television, hi-fi and the apartment is air conditioned. The large terrace has dining table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining. There is a small swimming pool beside the terrace. The beach at “Marina di Praia”, about a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive away, is a fascinating aspect of the town and offers several bars and typical restaurants along the sea. There is local bus service connecting to the beach and the town of Positano about 300 meters from the property. Praiano, the Heart of the Amalfi Coast, is located 5 km from Positano, 9 Km from Amalfi, 15 Km from Ravello and 20 km from Sorrento. From Sorrento there is regular train service to Pompei, Ercolano and Ottaviano with their many ancient Roman archaeological sites.
