Casa Terramare - Description
Casa Terramare is a large (120 square metre) apartment on the garden level. It sleeps six. Strategically located in the centre of the Amalfi Coast, it provides a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere and offers outstanding views along the coast. The entrance to the apartment is through a large foyer with a guest bathroom and shower. Leading from the foyer is the main living area with a dining table, large kitchenette with four burner cooking top, an oven, a fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. Cooking utensils, china and cutlery are provided. Patio doors open from the living room on to the terrace which is a striking feature of this beautiful apartment, with a pergola supporting lemon trees framing the sea view. There are two large bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and a double bed. Each has a separate living area with a sofa bed, separated by an archway and curtain from the bedroom. One bathroom has a shower, the other has a bathtub as well as a shower. Both the living areas have patio doors on to the terrace with wonderful sea views. The apartment is in the centre of the Amalfi Coastal road; all tourist attractions can be reached easily: Sorrento is 20km away, Amalfi 9 km, Positano 7 km, Ravello 12 km, and Salerno 30 km. Public transport is convenient and frequent, all public bus lines stop next to the building. The apartment has its own private parking space and all modern conveniences for a first class holiday. The proprietors live nearby and are always available if needed (English, German, Italian spoken). For sunbathing and swimming, “La Praia” beach is 5 minutes’ walk away. From there it is easy to get to all of the neighbouring islands and seaside towns. You will also find water taxis, boat rental, a scuba-diving centre, bars, and several restaurants at Praia. The commercial centre of Praiano is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
