Villa Marianna is in a unique panoramic and secluded position overlooking the Gulf of Salerno and the Amalfi Coast. It is easily reached by car and there is covered parking next to the ramp leading to property with easy access from Piazza Antico Seggio. The church of San Luca Evangelista and the belvedere are a few steps away.

Villa Marianna was carefully renovated in the 1990’s and is elegantly furnished to meet all guests' requirements. There is a fully furnished kitchen with dishwater, a washing machine, satellite T.V. and stereo with CD player. Villa Marianna boasts a splendid garden with private swimming pool framed by a terrace with table and chairs and marvellous view of the sea and coast.

Villa Marianna consists in 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living area with a double sofa bed, kitchen, terrace and private parking.

The beach La Praia can be reached by foot in about 15 minutes along typical laneways, ramps and stairs, by car or by public buses.

The shuttle bus that connects Praiano to Positano and the bus for Amalfi Coast, Sorrento and Salerno as well as boats boarding for Capri and Ischia stop next to Villa Marianna entrance.

There is a grocery store, a butcher shop and an emporium close by.

ATM services, pharmacy, first-aid station and all essential services are short walk away as well as restaurants, bars and typical shops of the area.

Trekkers can enjoy several excellent trails in the area. The famous Sentiero degli Dei (Path of the Gods) can be easily reached from Villa Marianna.
