Villa Sunrise is situated in the historic centre of Praiano, in the quiet and refined neighborhood surrounding Piazza Moressa.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, each with a private bath; on the main floor there is a large living area with double sofa bed, a bathroom and a full equipped kitchen. Off the living area is a splendid terrace with breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast.
Villa Sunrise is very tastefully finished with Vietri ceramic tiles giving it a refined, classic feel.
Villa Sunrice has been recently renovated and provided every modern comfort (dishwasher, washing machine, T.V. and air conditioning).
This lovely amalfi coast villa is approximately 60 stairs from the road.
Near Villa Sunrise there is ATM service, a first aid station, a well-equipped municipal gym, grocery and wine stores offering home delivery, a hairdresser and a barber.
Buses which connect all tourist attractions along the Amalfi Coast as well as the city of Sorrento (from where it is easy to reach Pompei and Ercolano as well as ferry service to Capri and Ischia) and Salerno (to reach the archeological ruins of Paestum) stop a short walk from the property.
Typical shops, bars, restaurants and the famous "L’Africana" night club can be easily reached from Villa Sunrise by the local bus service.
The closer beach at the Marina di Praia can be reached on foot along typical lanes and stairs.
Here there are several excellent typical restaurants, bars, a diving centre, water taxi service and a boat rental.
Trekkers can enjoy several excellent trails in the area. The famous Sentiero degli Dei(Path of the Gods) can be easily reached from the villa.
